What a lovely day I've had - doing nothing in particular. But it was just one of those days that makes you feel good. Do you have days like that ? Everyone here was cheerful, the grandkids were angels, the sun was shining and I crafted for a couple of hours while baby G/daughter was at nursery school. Later in the afternoon after I fetched the older g/daughter from school, we all sat up to the table and they made cards. Such fun. Little un - who's only 2, made a beautiful card. I should have taken a photo of it. She was so proud of it and wouldn't let go of it till she went home. Meg, who's 5, always makes beautiful cards - she's been crafting with me practically since birth.
I managed to finish my little thank you cards and their boxes. They turned out really well. I think the girls will like them. He are the four cards.
Yes...I got the white gel pen in my hands. But I do like the effect. Here's the little box.
I made 3 sets of these. They went very fast once I had all the card cut and the stamping done. This stamp set is so cute. It reminds of Folk Art. I can see I'll be using it a lot in the coming year.
